And now, something totally new...well, new to me anyway. Doe Zantamata a writer from Florida sent me this wonderful 120 page book in the mail. I think this is a very special book. Aside from the cover, no illustrations. Just modern well written words of wisdom. This is not the kind of book you look over and then stash it on the shelf or in some obscure drawer. No, this book and possibly some others now in the works should quickly become your daily reminder as to what is important in life and how to stay focused on staying happy and therefore healthy as well.
